The mix of colours and textures creates excitement. This shawl shows the beauty of a variegated yarn – without pooling. The symmetrical body is knitted in two colours. The asymmetrical, wavy border is knitted with short rows.

This crescent shawl is worked from the top down. Starting with a two-colored garter stitch, it’s soon transformed into an old shale pattern. By adding waves the shawl is growing asymmetrically. The edging is worked with an I-cord.
