After the exhausting second clue it was time to have a bit of relaxation. In Stephen West’s clue 3, were only knit stitches. What a release!
Last week we had to knit brioche in two colours and a slip stitch pattern in the second half of clue 2. This week it was time for something easier. And not that time-consuming:-)
Clue 3 was a breeze of knit stitches. One row in colour B and than still on the same side on row with colour D. And then you turn the work and repeat that several times.
The simple stitch pattern and the alternating colours give an interesting colour combination when you stretch the piece. Hopefully, it will be more visible when blocked.
And now I’m desperatly waiting for the last and fourth clue. The last clues were usually published in the morning, but until now the last clue is slow in coming.
I spend the time waiting for the last clue with sewing in all those ends… Not my favorite thing to do.
